REFUNDS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your new FitStep orthotic insoles, you can return them within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund. Not valid for misused, abused, or improperly cleaned orthotic insoles. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Furthermore, we guarantee the poly-shell of our insoles against breakage for one year, and are happy to replace any product to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
To initiate your return, you will simply have to contact our Customer Service at (844) 2900 005.
We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs, but are free to choose whatever shipping methods is best for you. We will ask you to put your insoles and receipt in the return and ship it to us at:

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return was completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

How long does shipping take, on average?
